Sold over 200 million records so far, this singer cum songwriter is most popular for her way of expressing emotions through the lyrics she writes. Finding Taylor Swift’s Top 10 Songs was a hard nut to crack. Swift came into the limelight through “Love Story” and have had come huge commercial hits like “Shake it off” or “Blank Space”

Bad Blood is a catchy Pop melody that won so many hearts back in 2014 and remains as one of Taylor Swift’s Best Songs. It was released in 2014 in the 5th album called “1989” featuring Kendrick Lamar. Widely circulated that this song was about her broken friendship with Katy Perry but wasn’t confirmed by her. Bad Blood speaks about friendship, pain of betrayal, empowering back and Swift’s brilliant ability to express her hard-knock life in her songs.

This song is an apparent example of her shift to Pop using electronic rhythms and synthesized riffs. Beautiful vocal harmonies and backing vocals add more depth and make this song one among a Taylor Swift’s Best Songs .

Wildest dreams is one of my personal favorites and one of Taylor Swift’s most popular songs. Yet another memorable song from “1989”, released in 2014. Swift paints a vivid picture about a past romance, the lost feeling of belongingness in the slow tempoed ballad. It was said “Wildest Dreams” brings out her versatility as a songwriter as well as a performer.

On the spot 8 in Taylor Swift’s Top 10 Songs, we have ”Swift’s “I Knew You Were Trouble” from the Album “Red.” “I Knew You Were Trouble” was released in 2012 and became known for its haunting melody. It’s a mixture of Rock and Pop with electronic touch and usage of synths.

She writes about catching feelings for someone who then turns out to be an entirely different and a wrong person for oneself. The music video, instrumentals, melody and the lyrics compliment each other and bring out the real beauty of the song. And that’s why “I Knew You Were Trouble” is one of Taylor Swift’s Best Songs.

It popped to No.2 in the Billboard Hot 100 of that year. Pretty exciting for a Country song to be up there. “You Belong With Me” has upbeat percussion and lively rhythms on acoustic guitars. Country-Pop styles Vocals of Swift is a fine icing on the cake. Undoubtedly one of Taylor Swift’s Top 10 songs. The lyrics are a story of a girl who loves her best friend who is in a relationship with another girl. She writes about the anxiety the girl goes through not being able to get what she wants.

One of the favorite things about “You Belong With Me” among her fans was its relatable lyrics.

Just another one of Taylor Swift’s best songs, “Cruel Summer” talks about the challenges and frustration of Pop Stars being in the spotlight all the time. It was released in 2019 from her 7th album called “Lover.” Swift confessed in an interview that she was in an uncertain relationship when she wrote this song.

It was probably because of this song, swift came into the spotlight. One could say it was her melodic masterpiece. It was released in 2009. This song was a fairytale story of kids falling in love against their parent’s wishes. It is best known for its simple tunes and romantic lyrics. “Love story” is one of Taylor Swift’s most popular songs and one of her signature songs.
