Return & Refund Policy
2 Weeks Return Policy
You have a 2 week window period to return the product. However we would want to make sure that we get back the product without usage, scratches & dents. After 2 weeks we will not be in a position to take returns.
To process the refund, the product has to be returned with original packing materials, original manufacturing box, accessories, owner’s manual, software/driver CD’s etc.
Missing/ Damaged Fees – If we find any damages, scratches or dents, original pieces of goods missing we have the right to put missing and/or damaged fees. If we find significant damages or usage or original pieces missing we will not be in a position to process the refund. You can ideally video shoot your packing and original goods before despatch to claim refund if there is a difference of opinion from our end.
Refunds
Subject to all satisfactory conditions refunds (full or part) will be issued within 3-5 days on satisfactory report from our internal team.
