RETURN POLICY
We are happy to issue a refund if the product is returned within 7 days from the date of your receipt. The product has to be in brand new condition with original packing material including warranty documents.
We reserved the right to deduct 20% as damage fee from the eligible amount for refund:
- Wear and tear on the product like scratches and dents.
- Damage to the original accessories and manufacturer’s box.
- Any missing items like the owner’s manual, CD etc.
- Damage or dents in return shipping process.
We will not be in a position to issue a refund if the barcode is tampered.
We will issue a refund within 7 working days from the date of receipt of goods in our office. All returns to be sent only to the following address:

To be eligible for a refund the product must not have been used. We will issue a refund once the product reaches our office. We will not be in a position to issue refunds against courier documents or any other kind of documents that you can issue. Given below are the conditions for refunds:
- Products received with any kind of physical damage must be reported to MUSIC MASTER within 3 days from the date of delivery along with supporting pictures or videos.
- In case of any missing accessories.the same should be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. Claims made post this period will not be honoured.
- Products that show willful damage from the customer’s end will not be accepted as returns.
- The return product must have complete details that match with the invoice copy.
- You can Whatsapp pictures/ videos while unpacking the goods if you find any damages/ dents or missing accessories +91 97898 97600.
