Shipping Policy - Carnatic & Hindustani Flutes
The Flutes are shipped typically within 24 hours (Except Sundays) from time of order is placed. All orders placed on Sundays are shipped on Mondays. India Post is our preferred shipping partner for all international locations.
Delivery within India
All orders in India for metro locations will reach you in 1-4 business working days, while non metro locations is around 4-7 business working days. All deliveries within India are shipped freely. We will share the tracking number on the same day we despatch the flutes.
Delivery to International Locations
Delivery times are between 7-28 days from date of delivery. Each country has its own policy for wood items. Please note that we will try our level best to get custom cleared, but we may also need your help on same. Very rarely there may some fees levied. The customer has to bear those expenses. All international locations the courier charges have to been borne by the respective customer. We will send the bill copy for same.
Delay in Delivery.
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping address, public holidays, weather and other factors beyond our control. Shipment to international locations can get affected due to public holidays in international locations and India and sometimes unforeseen circumstances like a strike or an Act of God.

Each flute is custom made, and therefore may not look exactly as it is in our catalogue or the videos you may see. However we guarantee that the quality of the material is the same, tuning is perfect, making process is same and each flute goes through tight quality check before it is shipped. If you find any of the discrepancy when you open the package you can inform us within 3 days by sending us a picture and video and if we observe the same, we will refund or offer a new replacement no questions asked. We just want you to be happy.
