We are happy to issue a refund if the product is returned within 7 days from the date of your receipt. The product has to be in brand new condition with original packing material including warranty documents.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We reserved the right to deduct 20% as damage fee from the eligible amount for refund:<\/span><\/p>

  • Wear and tear on the product like scratches and dents.<\/span><\/li>
  • Damage to the original accessories and manufacturer\u2019s box.<\/span><\/li>
  • Any missing items like the owner’s manual, CD etc.<\/span><\/li>
  • Damage or dents in return shipping process.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    We will not be in a position to issue a refund if the barcode is tampered.<\/span><\/p>

    We will issue a refund within 7 working days from the date of receipt of goods in our office. All returns to be sent only to the following address:<\/span><\/p>

    To be eligible for a refund the product must not have been used. We will issue a refund once the product reaches our office. We will not be in a position to issue refunds against courier documents or any other kind of documents that you can issue. Given below are the conditions for refunds:<\/span><\/p>

    • Products received with any kind of physical damage must be reported to MUSIC MASTER within 3 days from the date of delivery along with supporting pictures or videos.<\/span><\/li>
    • In case of any missing accessories.the same should be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. Claims made post this period will not be honoured.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • Products that show willful damage from the customer’s end will not be accepted as returns.<\/span><\/li>
    • The return product must have complete details that match with the invoice copy.<\/span><\/li>
