Our services are delivered through a software platform by our tutors, which involves blocking their time, their skills and knowledge. Thus in providing these services we incur cost and hence refund will not be possible under any conditions.

The demo class is provided and it is 100% free. Despite that if a complaint is raised 24 hours post the first class, we will allocate another tutor or give 100% refund in case the student does not wish to continue the service. However, post 24 hours of first class refund is not possible.

Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.

No refund will be entertained in case service gets cancelled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
